I updated from v18.5 to v 19.5 and have a problem with the iron ladder from Twilight Forest. It causes a see thru glitch. I deleted the options.txt file and that fixed all the other resource pack issues I was having but this one is still there.

are diamond swords better crafted or found in dungeons? ive found a few diamond swords that do double vanilla swords for some reason

Until you get to upgrading them to soul alloy, the ones you find in dungeons will be better

You can socket them with attack speed and such, meaning you can proc Void Strike III and freight train through things faster

I'm on my own single player world going around in a boat. I haven't touched any files, just a fresh install. Might help that when opening the full map I can mouse over chunks up to 12 away and it will tell me what block I'm hovering over as if it is revealed but still have the chunks greyed out

Enchants in pins, Void Shot III and Power V along with ranged crit damage relics. But you don't need a bow, it is possible to melee.
