if you smelt your ores with a tier 3 alloyer it doubles them, triples them if you use the blocks
ya silk touch vein mining is the way i guess
if you make this the primary method of ore processing you can smelt all your stuff to ingots and incur no losses.
i just dont have silk touch on my vein miner because it makes some materials annoying

The thing is herbivores are completely incapable of fully digesting meat or digesting it at all while Carnivores can digest bits of plants, fungi and other materials, so it makes sense that anything that has meat would be locked to herbivores.
Like I don't think Tropical Stew which is just a coconut and crab meat in the recipe and texture should be edible for herbivores as it is almost entirely meat and there is many recipes like this but they are completely locked to Carnivores, when realistically it should be the other way around.
There is 3 types of carnivores but I think Aracnids and Icarae are the type of their diet being almost entirely meat.

PlayerEx is a Minecraft mod built using the Fabric ecosystem that adds RPG themed attributes to the game and the player.
Currently I can eat a hamburger, Chicken Sandwich, Plate of Roast chicken, Plate of Honey Glazed Ham, Beef Stew, Fish Stew as Herbivore.
While for a Carnivore, The Only stew they can eat is Rabbit Stew.

So either I'm completely blind or the spellblade mod doesn't have a config file which is unfortunate due to the near constat hexblade attacks. I'm not wearing any of the Wizard robes nor am I using the wands, but I getting attacked nearly every 30 mins outside, usually in my yard

it's supposed to only happen if you have any spell attributes at all, i'm guessing you're wearing at least something that's giving you spell attributes
check your attributes using the /attribute command, see if you have any
playerex datapack adds base attributes with most stats

Also.... hexblades are nowhere near as potent as they're supposed to be in this current patch, they're bugged in this modpack so they dont spawn casters lol

I think mask might override this and provide better regen, but there are structures that archon has that have scrolls in them. One scroll increases mana capacity, one scroll increases mana regen, the other scroll removes what scroll you have binded to you.

there's an item you can create that gives radius of mana capacity so that you can have 200 mana at your farms
ok so real talk, how on earth do i keep warm as a pixie? I joined a server and it's apparantly during winter and I'm stuck in this loop of getting my things back, then dying before I can search too large of an area for heat. Problem is literally nothing that would make sense as heat sources are actually heat sources

Yea, without a full 4 pieces of armor you can't get heat back fast enough even next to a fire, there are some mc dungeons armor that say protection from freezing weather, but not sure if they are any better

intended way is to use ranged and to go up the structures
as far as lasers, you can hide behind the first structure pile nearest to the entrance or you can have minor speed buff (berserker's fury III would be very good) and just sprint, all lasers will miss

what is your recommended way of getting stronger
Finding enchants in minecells, adding via anvil to stuff. Explore for Mushroom Mines for Prot VIII gear, you need two of those and then take off those enchants in grindstone and put those books on an armor. Make mending villager in either underground village or sky village and work on any other powerful enchants. You will also find relics along the way while exploring.
Where are mushroom mines, and why specifically sky village/underground
sky village and underground because no mobs and villagers can't die
therefore you can have way better control with no loss
mushroom mines are most often in forests but you just have to explore, there's no direct way
right, don't have to make your own village

I also have a question regarding a problem with the server I'm hosting (Medieval MC v17, 1.19.2, we're using ATlauncher, i followed the performance guide, the only mod added was CPM [Custom Player Models, is not interfering with compatiblity, and the problem repeats itself wile being removed for everyone])
The issue that we're having is that when winter started on our server for the first time, everyone experienced a weird glitch where all entities disappeared visually, and sound got muted for everyone. The entities still exist on the server because we could step on an invisible campfire and got burned; secondary issue being latency spikes for everyone as winter settled and started to turn blocks into their frozen variant.
The issue persisted on server restart and relogging
Other than probably turning of winter entirely on the server, are there other solutions to this problem ?

Crafting: Health, Attack Damage
Enchanting: Health, Movement Speed
Farming: Health, Movement Speed
Fishing: Health, Attack Damage, Luck
Hunting: Health, Knockback Resistance
Logging: Health, Attack Damage
Mining: Health, Knockback Resistance
Smithing: Health, Attack Damage
Trading: Health, Movement Speed, Armor
These perks will scale with the level of your profession, so you can end up with a lot of health if you take the time to level all of them. Mind though you'll see these buff after a lot of grinding

An update to windows introduced a new security feature that prevents powershell files from running on your PC. This is great for your security, but not so great for our server start scripts, which require powershell to run them. Fortunately there is a quick fix for this!
Run powershell as administrator, then run Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned. Read the prompt and press accept. This will allow us to run scripts.
Next, navigate to your server directory using cd path/to/directory (for example: cd C:\Users\Username\Documents\Minecraft\Server)
You can now run the server by double-clicking the start.ps1 file, or typing .\start.ps1 into the command line while in the directory.
IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK, TRY THIS
Run the command Unblock-File -Path .\start.ps1 in the same powershell window. This will allow the start script to not be blocked by windows, and run freely.

Daedalus and I are working on getting the attributes to work with wizard gear, so far I found a fix and im just waiting for him to implement it - im guessing he has IRL stuff to do

Good new to report. the missing datapacks were caused by incompatible server jar.

i just noticed when reforging things you can press the spacebar instead of having to click on the icon every time, that's so DOOPE
why when i reforge some stuff the name cahnges but theres no stat change
this happens to looted gear that already has bonuses, only crafted gear can be reforged (mostly)

regenerated the overworld after the update, and the cathedral of resurrection ended up clipping right through a village with a waypoint in it. The waypoint is still in the list, but cannot be used or deleted in-game

Sort of, you could turn down the bonuses for looted gear. I can share my config in a few minutes here

the charm mod has a setting in it that disables the spyglass overlay, it is enabled by default kinda breaks immersion.
also it took some digging to find the cause, as it wasn't obvious.

that sounds like a primitive spyglass to me
the point is to make it feel like you are using a spyglass, not possessing telescopic vision like a superhero
the spyglass overhaul mod provides the same option and is way easier to change the setting, charm really makes you dig for it. charm's setting should be set to false and let the spyglass overhaul handle the setting.
Charm is a weird overall mod
i agree, it does a lot of little things and if you don't know about one of them and you encounter it in game it isn't obvious it's charm

I installed server pack, went through "start" powershell tutorial, named .jar file customjava17 and Pasted everything through Filezilla to minecraft server FTP, For client I used ATLauncher and installed the Medieval Fabric Instance
I think the reason is because the way we made spell weapons, they don't fall under a tool category, simply a new category called "staffweapon"

@kindred turret i'm looking at how to tackle getting tieredz support for wizard gear, and i think it'd just be way too much effort than its worth considering the amount of attributes and combinations of attributes there are among wizard gear

it's not that there are many attributes, it's more like the modifiers themselves vary so much
If you make proper tags for everything I could try a datapack for it
I love tedious
for example, the specialized wizard robes have % increases to attributes rather than flat
so if you give them flat increases to attributes on top of their % increases, it's a balancing nightmare
combining flat and % increases to attributes is the point, but having both on one piece of gear makes balancing incredibly difficult, and the datapack would have to be careful to not have those two things mix too much

also it seems like right now the robes do work in reforging? they just get assigned armor tiers
basically, with the developing me and daedalus are doing just to get the mods working in the modpack, i think its just too much effort and not enough time

Right click it while in hand to activate, will make drill go drill faster. To fuel it, right click morkite on it like you're stacking something in your inventory

Probably gonna need to beat the end and use an Orb of Origin if none of that works (change Origin, eat it, change back). Exact reason I just went with the Thief or whatever. Seemed the least likely to have some minor progress soft lock with at least some benefits.
