It would seem that equipment you find/mobs drop with no modifiers at all cannot be given any through the smithing table. In other words, various diamond gear that special mobs drop.

Yes, tieredz loot in chests don't have the modifiers they are supposed to. Will be fixed in next update afaik. You can still reforge through anvil.

Smithing Table is not for tierez reforging

It's for relic affixing

Sometimes tieredz visuals will also mess with the showing of stats after affixing a relic. However, the stats are still there and you can tell by the attributes page.

take some armor you won't wear, we'll use iron chest for example, take iron chest that has magic prot IV and put in biome makeover table, it will upgrade to magic prot V and give a curse, take off enchants and put on book with grindstone (read grindstone quest), then take any armor from wolves with armor mod and apply book in anvil with magic prot V and the curse, the curse won't be applied and magic prot V will be applied, use grindstone again to get magic prot V book, put on whatever armor you wanna wear.

do not do this in creative mode, as creative mode will apply the curse because you can enchant stuff and add stuff to items that normally can't accept them

I'm not able to add relics from RelicEx to armor in this modpack. The RelicEx page states "Now you can wear your favourite armour piece and continue to benefit from the relic attributes. To do this, equip an armour item and sneak+right-click with a relic item (should be a relic that would be otherwise be equipped in the same slot)."

best you can do is replace your mods folder with the servers mod folder

that will for sure fix the missmatching of mods

hello guys and gals, im having an issue with MedievalMC V15.5 where a few armors will crash my game by just putting them on and wont be able to open my inventory without the gaming closing on me. Its more common with Relics Legendary chestplate and Ironwood boots from twightlight forest. And yes, i add the to the armour slot and not the cosmetic, for some reason the cosmetic is fine, but not the armor.
