The server doesnt lag and works complety fine with 12gb and 4 players currently playing. My only problem is that it randomly but frequently crashes. Is there anything i can do to prevent that.

I somehow doubt that after experienceing the same problem on a hosted server and the serverpack i installed. The serverhost did the installation for me and after having a terrible experience with frequent crashes i dowloaded the serverpack and had the exact same issues. Is there really nothing i can change or do to fix these crashes?

What people usually do is place the endermite on a carpet on top of an iron bar just out of range and open trapdoor around it a bit lower
Look at a enderman farm and you will get it

i can't find a bug report channel, am i blind or is there really just not one there?
i want to put out this info, the charm of keeping is incompatible with totem of undying i assume it has something to do with the tombstones but i'm not sure. when the totem gets used, it voids almost all of your items out of existence making them impossible to recover. this only happens if the charm of keeping is present so i think removing its function is the best idea unless you can change the behaviour of that item.

To reload textures and sounds, press F3 + T. If this doesn't bring up a loading screen, do the following:
1. Press escape and go to the Resourcepacks tab.
2. Move a Resourcepack on the left of the screen to the right.
3. Move that SAME Resourcepack back to the left.
4. Exit the menu.
If step 4 does not bring up a loading screen, do step 2, then step 4, then step 3, and then step 4 again.
