In order to use OptiFine, follow the steps below:
For 1.16.5 Forge: Remove Magnesium and Dynamic Lights Reforged, add OptiFine HD U G8 to the mods folder.
For 1.18.2 Forge: 1.18.2 comes with Oculus that gives you Shaders with 90% less load times. If you want to use Optifine then remove the Oculus, Rubidium and Dynamic Lights Mods then add Latest 1.18.2 OptiFine to the mods folder.

Optifine Issues are not Supported in the Github however it shouldn't be an issue asking in the Discord for help.

I'm having some troubles setting up a server for the 1.18.2 version, I've already gotten the server to finish launching and am giving it enough megabytes for running it but it just doesn't show the server on the Multiplayer Menu after the start.bat folder finishes the setup.

I have tried to repair the profile and that did nothing. I tried to reinstall as new profile and that did nothing. I just uninstalled both profiles and then reinstalled the modpack and it seems to be working now......

To better assist with fixing an issue, we will need some logs: Curseforge/GDLauncher-> Right click the modpack instance -> Open Folder. For MultiMC -> Click 'Instance Folder' on the right.
Find the file 'Latest' in the 'Logs' folder. If there is a folder called 'Crash Reports' then find the newest file from today. Upload these as requested.

Yes. Open the map. Click the icon on the far right. FTB Chunks Claiming Mode. Shift click on the chunk where you have your storage.

Or you may have to click it first, then shift click. It should have a red box outlining the chunk.

My friend and I are trying to host this as a server for some friends, we have a 20GB server from BiSect hosting, and we just get the most god awful lag times if more than 3 people are on.

Is the mod pack just shite for multiplayer/servers? We can't seem to figure out why it's this bad in this pack. We've run Better Minecraft with more people with no real issues, we've run MCEternal with more people, with no real issues.

In order to use OptiFine, follow the steps below:
For 1.16.5 Forge: Remove Magnesium and Dynamic Lights Reforged, add OptiFine HD U G8 to the mods folder.
For 1.18.2 Forge: 1.18.2 comes with Oculus that gives you Shaders with 90% less load times. If you want to use Optifine then remove the Oculus, Rubidium and Dynamic Lights Mods then add Latest 1.18.2 OptiFine to the mods folder.

Optifine Issues are not Supported in the Github however it shouldn't be an issue asking in the Discord for help.

I am assuming this is 1.16.5 I am not sure if it is the same corpse mod in 1.18.2. However the corpse is usually there but it just is not rendered because it is in conflict with blocks. The corpse should be at the location of their death, which can simply be found from their death waypoint if enabled. Otherwise go to {server_folder}/{world_folder}/deaths/{UUID of player}, there will be a bunch of death logs, open the most recent using NBTExplorer. This will contain both the (A) location of the corpse, as well as the (B) inventory contents of the player.

I’m having a VERY weird issue on my server.
Whenever you give carrots to a villager, they will hand them off to other villagers (in order to encourage breeding) however, instead of handing off the few carrots I gave them, they hand off several stacks. Sometimes each villager drops 5 stacks of carrots each! Anyone else seen this?

Our server is crashing when a certain player loads in. The logs show a ticking entity error of a Shulker causing it, if I'm reading the log right.

There's an enchantment in @Apotheosis that allows you to enchant an anvil so that it splits a single book containing multiple enchantments into several individual enchantment books.
The enchantment books themselves can be placed in the world, and then it's my understanding that you drop the enchanted anvil on the enchanted book, thus "splitting" it.

Hi im asking for a little help. My friend has a world in medieval-minecraft forge 1.16.5 v52 which he can't load up. He was able to play with it at like 2AM, and the same day maybe like at 1PM he wasn't able to load up that specific map (its starts to load, and then it stops and nothing happens), every other of his worlds are fine. I'm thinking maybe it get corrupted because he ALT+F4 the game or something. Is there a way he can get his world back without a backup save? I don't think so, but i came here for advice anyways.

And are you using "Treecapitator" as a generic reference, or is that the actual MOD being used? Because HT's TreeChop is the mod being used by Medieval Minecraft v10 [Forge].

shaders seem to remove the spell effects from Ars Nouveau. when playing with currently tested, complementary shaders and BSL shaders the particle effects from that mod stop. I'm looking in both the modpack's discord server (this one) and the mods server for assistance on the issue. wether its something i've done or not done. or because the pack isn't using something like optifine

In order to use OptiFine, follow the steps below:
For 1.16.5 Forge: Remove Magnesium and Dynamic Lights Reforged, add OptiFine HD U G8 to the mods folder.
For 1.18.2 Forge: 1.18.2 comes with Oculus that gives you Shaders with 90% less load times. If you want to use Optifine then remove the Oculus, Rubidium and Dynamic Lights Mods then add Latest 1.18.2 OptiFine to the mods folder.

Optifine Issues are not Supported in the Github however it shouldn't be an issue asking in the Discord for help.

I'm having some trouble with ExtraChampions config where even though they're meant top be turned off by default, I continue to get Thief, Disarmoring, Fury, and Sticky mobs. This behavior seems to persist for Champions as a whole as I tried turning off Infested but they continue to spawn.

Hi I'm trying to make a 1.16.5 server for myself and a few friends but I'm having an issue. I've been using the server pack you install from the curseforge site but the mod list seems to be mismatched? Receiving a incomplete set of tags error and I've tried syncing up the mods in both the server and client side and I'm still getting this. tried reinstalling both multiple times. Can anyone give me any advice?

so i chose phantom and whenever i enter my base from phantom mode (after going far away) some things fail to render, such as chests, the stirring stick in the crucible, blood altar effects, and my bed.
it fixes itself upon death or rejoining the game.
reloading the chunks with f3+a does not fix this
