@vapid saddle its pretty simple. once you are at the files for your server find the file that says Mods Then from mods find survive. and simply delete it. once you do that do the same on your client. so find your files for your mod- go to mods - find survive and delete

loading usually takes less than 5 mins for me or at most 5 mins

The problem is the mod manages the thrist and more and only that feature is a bit wierdo... And if I disable in the config ( there existing client common and server configs for survive) the server don't accept any player...

I allocated 6GB RAM, it runs slowly and have FPS spike but its playable. When i add optifine and BSL shader it start crashing and won't load the world. My PC specs are 8GB RAM, GTX 1050TI 4GB, and Ryzen 5 2600X

Survive is a bit wired for me to edit it in the server because there a at 2 folders the same configs....

You can transport chests by sneaking + right clicking them (requires 2 empty hands, nothing in your offhand). Spawners cannot be moved though. You need to craft them.

@vapid saddle In the 1.16 version there are only 2 files instead of... 10, but check in the "survive.common" one if you can disable certain modules.

You can craft empty spawners with 4 spawner shards and use the Necromantic Table from Undead Expansion to get a mob-essence.

Aight. Check JEI for the table to see the recipe. Then when you got it, put a soul in the center slot and 4 mob-specific items in the slots around it. Like 4 bones, 4 rotten flesh or 4 ender pearls.

You get souls from killing ghosts or using a weapon with the "Reaping" enchantment.

Usually it's enough to edit the server-config. But perhaps it is confused when the client doesn't match. Have you tried editing both the same way?

In order to use OptiFine, follow the steps below:
For 1.16.5 Forge: Remove Magnesium and Dynamic Lights Reforged, add OptiFine HD U G8 to the mods folder.
For 1.18.2 Forge: 1.18.2 comes with Oculus that gives you Shaders with 90% less load times. If you want to use Optifine then remove the Oculus, Rubidium and Dynamic Lights Mods then add Latest 1.18.2 OptiFine to the mods folder.

Optifine Issues are not Supported in the Github however it shouldn't be an issue asking in the Discord for help.

The modpack comes with an in-built performance mod, so Optifine wouldn't make a difference in regards to that. If you want to add Optifine for the anti-aliasing then be warned: it will take a lot longer to launch the modpack, about 10 minutes.

I would suggest doing what I have just said - I noticed my lag because of the auto-breeding

/forge entity list will show you the entities around you - if they are ridiculous thats your issue 😄

I'm having a spot of trouble with thirst in Medieval Minecraft. According to the mod (Survive), I should be able to just right-click on a water source block and drink, but it hasn't been working for me for quiet a MM few updates. I didn't see this in the issues github, so I figure it must be something I'm doing on my end. Getting a canteen solves this, but if I happen to spawn in a world where theres no cows immediately available, it starts to become a problem.

Wanted to fix this using NBTExplorer (take the region from the crash report, open the corresponding file in the world folder, remove the entity...), but in my world folder there is no corresponding file in either the region folder or the entity folder. Unless the mod has explicit support for UndeadExpansion, you need to consume 'souls' that the Origins addon mod adds

Before, you could apply points to things like strength and dexterity and improve your character, but that seems to be gone now. Is there no way to progress your character any longer?
