It's what i'm going to have to do. ARs is nice in the modpack, but holy, it makes things extremely trivial, very early in the game. Get a mage armor set and 2-3 spellbooks that are tier 2 with their own functionality each, one for mining, one for combat and for utility and you're gonna be set.

Let me try and put heal on the firework, that might work against the undead.

seems to do less damage, I can put poison 3 alright on the firework and the direct damage will inflict it whilst the explosion also deals a burst of damage

Aim at the ground and u have pretty much guaranteed AOE damage. If you aim at the mob's feet, it will deal damage with the direct hit and the explosion afterwards. balanced, btw.

it does require a lot of mana, that's the only bad thing about it.

Also, want more damage and AOE? put incinerate and flare on the firwork as well.

This uses a bit of mana, but it's super powerful. The direct hit deals a lot of damage and the explosion afterwards also deals a lot of dmg.

I also disabled the fireworks affects with optifine, cause firing one would just reduce my fps

Apparently, I had THIS spawn inside one of my infested temples. The enemies that spawn here apparently drop these super nice enchants, but that doesn't change the fact that I had really really good loot in my infested temple.

They don't respawn afaik. no spawners here to farm them. An excellent base however.

One person is playing as a moth and gets kicked from the server Everytime they try and tp due to the server thinking they are cheating. Is there a way to fix this?

most effective way is to add more RAM

Make sure you have 8 gigs set for memory, turn settings down to fast, lower view distance.

If you have less than 12 gigs of ram total though then you'll be in a tight spot.

you can also try to switch between magnesium and optifine, depending on your system optifine might give your a bigger fps boost

I found out that, in a bad pc, having optifine and turning off "animated terrain" was a HUGE increase to my fps

yeah, you usually tame your first cockatrice by accident

but honestly, since recipes aren't gated

you can just go God mode with blood magic + ars noveau

and overchant your stuff using eidolon's overpowered enchanting system

Tbh, the main reason why I kept the mod is because I didn't want to mess up my world-gen. One of my houses is literally built on top of a crystal-cave that belongs to Forestcraft.

Like, look at this. It's part of my Colony and I keep my hippocampus inside that crystal cave, I filled it completely with water.

A little confusion is normal when playing modded. You'd literally get confused about every item you've never seen before. The trick is to not let it bother you. Just drop weird stuff into a chest and deal with it later.

How do you make water drinkable?

It's no fun if theres no chance of death from thirst, hahaha

You can either sneak+right click any water block (which will give you a thirst-effect but it won't kill you or anything), or you cook a bucket of water and craft it with your canteen. Then you can drink from the canteen.

The canteen you get from the very first quest.

Or 2nd, if the 1st is a book XD
