Only issue you might have is the goblins and dungeons mod crashing your world when you try to load into twilight forest, should be easy to confirm, the mod name will show up in the first few lines of the crash log so you'll just have to remove it if that happens

Apotheosis is quite big. These are the different "parts" it adds/changes.
Affixes should count towards the deadly module, cuz that's the mini bosses that drop them.
Basically, affixes are attributes of the item. It ranges from a simple "+2 armor" to "places a torch on right click".

You can use those special affix tomes you find in towers to transfer these attributes from one item to another.

Well, if you look for affixes to be added onto your sword, then focus on the apotheosis swords you've found.
Oh, and I think you can only add 1 affix of a kind.
So, if you have +crit damage, then you cannot add another one of those.
But you can add +crit chance.

Leave them disabled but make sure that the "Excalibur V1.16" is enabled.

The disabled resource packs are from mods that are part of this modpack. But the modpack has its own textures/sounds, so if you enable those mod-specific ones it would override the "standard" resourcepacks for this modpack.
