5. Search the modpack you wish to download.

Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. the curseforge launcher has a history of actually not installing the modpack correctly funny enough

its done it quite a few times in the past

and even now continues to be a rather peculiar mess of bugs and quirks

sometimes it'll work fine and others not so much

though to be fair sometimes it is also mc just being mc

if you find a restart doesn't fix your issue, a good alternative is to try and move over to a different launcher

and hopefully it gives you less of a headache

Besides some of the technical difficulties and bugs, i'm LOVING Medieval Minecraft, it feels like a love letter to minecraft, with so much to do, so many neat things to explore, and many things to get genuinely excited about.

Hello guys, a friend of mine has been having a problem with MMC4. He opens up the MC launcher with the modpack aand clicks play and then "error exit code 1" occurs. Could anyone help us with that.

1. The modpack is not modified. Fresh install
2. He's using the CurseForge launcher
3. MC Version 1.20.1;
4. Modpack v6;
5. The crash happens when he clicks on the play button in the MC launcher, the green bar below it fills up and the the error occurs;

Modpack - A collection of mods. "Better MC 1.19.2 Forge", for example, is a modpack.
Modpack Version - The version of the modpack you are playing. v5, v6, v7, etc.
Minecraft Version - The version of Minecraft which the modpack you are playing runs on. 1.16.5, 1.18.2, 1.19.2, etc.
Mod - A .jar file which modifies the game in some way. "BetterEnd", for example, is a mod.
Forge - A mod loader which allows you to use Forge mods.
