find a foundry, they’re underground (not sure how rare they are to find exactly) and contain TONS of netherite ingots, some blocks, scrap, and really good diamond armor/weapons/tools

the caveat is that the mobs that spawn in there are hard if you don’t have good enough gear

and there are blaze spawners on the roof that you’ll have to break
