In order to use OptiFine, follow the steps below:
For 1.16.5 Forge: Remove Magnesium and Dynamic Lights Reforged, add OptiFine HD U G8 to the mods folder.
For 1.18.2 Forge: 1.18.2 comes with Oculus that gives you Shaders with 90% less load times. If you want to use Optifine then remove the Oculus, Rubidium and Dynamic Lights Mods then add Latest 1.18.2 OptiFine to the mods folder.
Optifine Issues are not Supported in the Github however it shouldn't be an issue asking in the Discord for help.

Ahh, I get it. Soo basically, I downloaded server pack from CurseForge, run those files and waited for everything to be done. Then I moved all of those files, with WinSCP, to my server hosting, and started the server. I have about 7GB of RAM on it available. Everything went just fine, until I joined the server. It was suuuper laggy, like about 5-10 FPS, and the whole world was f'd up, the area around spawn point was covered with broken textures of stones, pistons etc. bugged water blocks, and the area further away was just flat wheat, but without wheat and beneth it looked like some lava or something. And then after about 1 minute minecraft just crashed

I'm trying to start a better minecraft server v56 on my local machine and I encountered this error when running the start.bat file after I supposedly accepted the EULA (despite what the log says)
here's my java version if that's relevant:

Do you not know how to get a mending villager? It is definitely early game. Legit find a village, trap a villager, place a lecturn and keep breaking and replacing till the villager trade for a mending book.

You could complain about it here and someone with some power might notice. You should include a crash log if you're that worried about. Most the time it loaded something your computer didn't like or you were doing something it didn't like. Has it crashed a second time?
