if you open the recipe in jei and wait while it cycles through different woods you can see what is available. but sounds like a bug that should be reported maybe if you are playing the pure 1.18.2 version, without own additions

i suspect you need to add a tag (that shows it is smeltable) to the netherite item descriptions and then few recipes in the furnace/blast furnace that copy what they are doing for gold gear for example but replace gold with netherite. Make sure that the result has the correct item ID for those nuggets

In order to use OptiFine, follow the steps below:
For 1.16.5 Forge: Remove Magnesium and Dynamic Lights Reforged, add OptiFine HD U G8 to the mods folder.
For 1.18.2 Forge: 1.18.2 comes with Oculus that gives you Shaders with 90% less load times. If you want to use Optifine then remove the Oculus, Rubidium and Dynamic Lights Mods then add Latest 1.18.2 OptiFine to the mods folder.
Optifine Issues are not Supported in the Github however it shouldn't be an issue asking in the Discord for help.

something like the bosses from cataclysm might be harder since its structure dependent, so you cant just summon a new one

If im remembering correctly you cant put a saved world into your server, but im not positive!
drop it into the server folder after you create it and specify in the server config file ( World_Name= ) and write the name of you world

ummm tbh there was a visual bug where they had icons over their heads for the newcomer villagers not quite in your village yet that you can accept and it was an awful black and white line across my screen 😢
i couldn't fix it but it definitely was cause i was using modpacks lol
It wasn't working w/ betterminecraft but it was also 1.18.1 so perhaps it works in 1.18.2 i havent tried it 😅

OH ACTUALLY i found a mod in the modpack files for BM 1.18.2 that was an icon over the heads of villagers and thats probably what it was and i didn't realize it tbh.
Its a greeeeat mod but whoo is it hard to get everything to function together lol i had fun with it while it lasted!

not bug you are probably in a biome where colors are defined for different things differently from vanilla versions
that's how you get trees with purple leaves that are actually oak or jungle leaves but different color and when you pick them up with shears in inventory look like normal leaves
