Download the forge installer, put it in the folder you want the server files to be in, run the installer jar, select server, wait for files and folders to finish generating, put your mods in the mods folder, agree to the eula, and create a .bat file to run the forge server jar, double click the start.bat file once you have the appropriate commands in there to start the server

The .bat file is necessary to run the server as it needs to be told how much ram to use

I disabled the oculus mod through curseforge, but it gives me an error message 1 that says invalid java runtime.
