Hello 👋 Do you know why the Nether is behaving weirdly regarding the betternether biomes ? Whenever you load your Nether for the first time it'll behave normally but once you leave your world and re-enter it, it won't find half of the betternether biomes / won't find vanilla biomes / won't spawn them from now on...It still recognizes me being in (for example) a Nether Jungle but this biome won't ever spawn again as soon as you leave the save 🤔

It'll most likely be the green better nether biome and sometimes others here and there, just like the biomes get erased from the biomes pool once you leave the game

1. whenever i load into a world the game just crashes or just doesnt respond

2. When im in the world ill have a good frame rate (geforce experience overlay) but ill get massive drops and freezes every like 2 seconds and it just makes the game unplayable

Exactly! Look out for these really tall towers that have a spiral theme to them and lots of ladders. It will LOOK like you can just climb the ladders but you can't. At the tops of those towers? Always a waypoint

Oh that's so pretty! It's so hard to choose a place because so many beautiful biomes. But I think it's location close a village is a good thing. I would get at least two if not more villagers locked up if you want to do things like villager breeders/iron farms/etc.

I try to launch a world but it comes up with the error shader linking program failed, and then when looking at the curseforge page it says to add shaders in video settings-shader packs- add your shader, but I cant find/dont have this setting. any ideas? In order to use OptiFine, follow the steps below:
For 1.16.5 Forge: Remove Magnesium and Dynamic Lights Reforged, add OptiFine to the mods folder.
For 1.18.1 Forge: 1.18 already has a Mod that adds Shader Support and it is called Oculus, if you really want to use Optifine then remove the Rubidium and Oculus Mods.

Optifine Issues are not Supported in the Github however it shouldn't be an issue asking in the Discord for help.

i don't think so, you can find biomes using a natures compass but for structures i'd recommend flying around on a dragon. i'm 99% sure you can get dragon eggs even from pirate ships which are relatively common

BMC is short for better minecraft. v18 is the version of the modpack not minecraft. I would recommend keeping it up to date when the developing team releases new versions of the modpack.
