It has not made a noticeable change that I can tell, but it is worth noting if you make this change on the server you can't connect to the server unless you change it on your local modpack files.

Yeah it did, the crashing is strange because it will sometimes go a few hours without doing it but when it does crash it keeps crashing every time you restart the server and hop back on. It seems like if you leave the server running with nobody on for like 30min to an hour it works again.

Could use some help. Every time I log in, I am put in the Twilight Forest flying on an Elytra. Either the server crashed while I was in flight, or I crashed the server and now every time I log in I am in the same place, the game does not render, only 5 chunks load and within 30 seconds I am booted out of the game and anyone else on that server is also booted. Any ideas? I have plenty of ram allocated and prior to this incident I had no issues running the game, played many hours.

Hey there~! I'm not entirely sure if I should be asking this here, I'm quite new to modding minecraft and using a server. I've been trying to input the files for BetterMinecraft into the server host and done just about everything I could from reinstalling the mod and the curseforge profiles, I've copied the Mods and Config folder into a compressed file, added it to my FTP files and then unzipped the files. Restarted the server and launched it and when I do I just keep getting Mismatched mod channel list? Am I missing any files?

Also, Optifine was made a long time ago, and while most things have been rewritten, i think most of the original code base is still there.
So even tho it's being made without promising any compatibility it actually is impressively compatible with most mods XD

She hasn't gotten any crashes like I've been getting, both single player and on LAN. I get the crash myself when playing singleplayer, when sleeping and waking up the next day (it crashes a couple frames after waking up). Otherwise my game will crash at random points, nothing seriously concrete.
I also want to mention that I cannot connect to a world hosted by my fiance, only she can connect to a LAN world I've opened up.

I would like to ask experienced players with MODS, often my game crashes when exploring, even the server shuts down. This can be done by exploring by foot.
This disencourages exploration, which is, an insane downside.
I heard some people say it could be optifine, which we use. So we want to try to remove optifine, but we would like a mod that connect blocks. To my understanding Rubidium doesnt do that.
I dont care much about shaders, but I would like to have the blocks such as glass connected.
