Well, assuming it's the rings from the Abyss mod, the materials to craft it are all from the Abyss dimension
Also for the deeper dark, if you kill the open mouth warden variant, you get the dark n light and a gold ingot, place down the dark n light and click it with the gold ingot
That'll take you to the overworld

then i restarted server to see it take effect and then none of us could join except one person

imo 1.16.5 normal gives you a full experience, its more stable, has more and better mods overall. 1.18.1 is good too but it doesnt have as many good mods as the 1.16 version has yet.. If you want to play on 1.18 I would personally go for the Fabric version

For the blue skies dimension (everbright/dawn), you need to use their blocks to make a nether portal design and then use a zeal lighter on it, that's given by the blue journal quest in the ftb quests and by the gatekeeper who has a house that randomly spawns.
For the deeper dark, you need to craft a light n dark and place it down a bedrock, interact with a diamond to go to the deep dark. Then to get back, complete the killing the warden quest to get the dark n light, place it and use the gold ingot on it
For the twilight forest, you need to make a 2x2 hole in the ground (1 block deep) and make sure it's all dirt around it and fill it with water. Place flowers along the outside border (vanilla ones work for sure, some modded do too) and throw a diamond in.
For the abyss, complete the void worm quest and use the materials you get from it to make a nether portal design and activate it, then go thru and there you are.

Hi all, hoping this might be the place to be to get a tip or two for performance. I am running unbuntu LTS 20.04 with docker and have itgz/minecraft's container hosting a forge server with the mods and configs copied over from yesterday's release on 1.18.1. The server is an AMD 5950x with 128gb memory, current consumption according to cadvisor is below 3 cores and 50 GB memory. I have allocated 32 GB of memory to the server and it looks like it consumes ~22 to 25 GB. I'm experiencing Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? 'Running 2323ms or 46 ticks behind' frequently. it seems to be mostly driven by night time spawns. Any advice on how to improve performance? I've done the basic option like lowering the view distance to 10.

Overall, we suggest the use of a local server instead of Open to LAN, the pack has some issues on there that we can't fully test since, at least personally, one account can't really do such easily. Assuming you are playing and hosting the server on the same machine, you need at least 16gb of ram, to leave some for everything else that goes on, like the OS and other apps. If you want to host one, you'll need to download the serverpack from the CF page and make sure to have java 8 for 1.16.5 and java 17 for 1.18.1.
