Imo, multimc is better except for the lack of an update feature, but yes, you can swap saves. Take the "saves" folder and place it into the new install, also make sure to swap over your xaero folders

wandering travel bags are fine to taking the loot out of them but I would NOT advise keeping them to use for storage..They seem a bit flakey when it comes to that. I think now they auto delete themselves when you open them

I've put things into them and lost items so I started just taking the original loot out and discarding them. I think the latest version though deletes the bag and gives you the loot when you open it.

No, in order to get to the abyss in our packs, you need to complete the void worm quest that is in the End chapter, make sure have all dependencies done for it however so you don't need to fight it multiple times. After you do that, accept the rewards for all the items and blocks you need

If you make a separate server, naw. Depends on how it's hosted, if it's on your pc then it is as simple as making a new folder, if it's on third party host, then it depends on how they have it setup

I added optifine and optiforge, as the optifine version was incompatible with the version of forge the modpack was running on

Then, I tried launching the modpack with no external mods installed, and it worked until I tried creating a world

hi there, i have a serious problem with my game that has lasted over a month. not alowing me to play MC at all, i tried with costom modpacks and with Better minecraft. even vanilla. i have bought a server with bisect hosting to play with my girlfriend. and it rarely works. 9 times out of 10 it crashes with error codes. i havnt changed anything with the game. i have tried everything i can think of and everything the internet has come up with (within my ability) i just can not seem to fix it.
im not sure if this is the best place to ask but i really need some help.

interesting, its weird that the mod is incompatible even though its a tried and tested mod pack. its clearly something incompatible with my pc. though i had played many modded and vanilla games on this computer before. perhaps the mojang microsoft transfer did something? my drivers are up to date, ive re installed java and minecraft too many times to count. the only thing else i can do is wipe my drives or buy a new pc. ( i need to anyway but who has money these days)
