I'm having the same problem described by @burnt totem - where connecting into a server works, then I disconnect, then immediately try to reconnect. Sits for a minute or two and then says Failed to connect to the server Timed out. Who should I send logs to?

I'm finding if I see "Connecting to the server..." and not Encrypting, that its not going to work and I'll need to restart the whole client. Thankfully it loads faster than MC Eternal.

On the Fabric version, I could use Dark enchanting (before it was removed) or the infusion table on an item that had the enchantment already, but I'm not sure if there's an equivalent on the Forge side... Alrighty, IF needed, update forge and redo the server install, then take your world folder from the old version and place it into the new one along with the various ops.json, whitelist.json, etc if you used those. IF the forge version is the same, just replace the config, default config, mods, and scripts folders with the v54.5 ones.

I created a 7gb Premium server on Bisect. Is Better MC Forge 1.18.1 really unstable for everyone? Just a simple redstone farms, or opening and closing chests too quickly will cause the server to lag behind, then the server thinks it crashed and will auto reboot. Its very intermittent and haven't have more than 2 or 3 people on at a time. Even walking around in prerendered chunks will sometime cause the server to lag behind.

@carmine osprey Found out what is causing the ! icon above villagers, when you have optifine installed you have to go to Options > Video Settings > Performance > Turn ON Fast Render.
With Fast Render turned on it will show normally, with it turned off it will show the grey !

To better assist with fixing an issue, we will need some logs: Curseforge/GDLauncher-> Right click the modpack instance -> Open Folder. For MultiMC -> Click 'Instance Folder' on the right.
Find the file 'Latest' in the 'Logs' folder. If there is a folder called 'Crash Reports' then find the newest file from today. Upload these as requested.
