I suggest finding a stalwart dungeon for Incomplete wither skeletons spawner. Their skull drop rate is way way higher, like 10 times or so.

And spawn much quicker than the spawner in Basalt Temples.

Looking for some advice for my server, trying to host BMC 1.16.5 server v54 i believe, i pregened by worldborder at 15000, let it run overnight. but my friends on the server are still lagging, i never have issues with other modpacks and I have 16gb allocated to the server of only 5 people. Any suggestions?

also i run my server on a second pc on the same network as my pc that I play on if that means anything, im relatively familiar with setting up servers for mc but i dont really know how they work or any backend/technical stuff
