try deleting that
but afaik it also stores the maps by world names, so if you are naming worlds something different everytime, then my guess is that it should not use map from other world

The effect armor has on damage taken is very complicated. There's a chart and equation for it on the wiki

the difference between performance of the server computer and the server yu rent will be based on how good the server comupter is
so if its rly bad then i recommend renting

No, forge has more content at the cost of performance and higher ram requirements, fabric has less content with better performance and lesser ram requirements, that's the general trend of most forge/fabric modpacks.

Are you on the latest version? If so remove magnesium. They both modify the rendering engine so they are incompatible and will cause a crash instantly.
Once you remove magnesium, optifine should work

If the mod has a config option for it, then you can, figure out the mod the structure is from and see if they have a config for it, if so, most tend to include the structure spawns, 0 weight should disable if I remember right

u can change graphic setting from the minecraft folder using notepad
