I am writing through a translator so, I apologize right away for not making mistakes, The problem arises when starting Better Minecraft, the latest version of Java, the Better Minecraft version tried the latest and older version, nothing helped, memory was also allocated and there is no difference 4-6-8 ( the game starts without problems, then pressing any buttons other than the settings leads to freezes, the settings button makes it possible to change something without friezes, but when pressed, the game still freezes, I also press the multiplayer and freeze the game, then let go, I press the refresh button or add the server again freezes completely, when I log into the server I just have 1 frame per minute and this is in a good case

I was playing better minecraft forge with my friends in a server I host with my own computer, we start playing and after a couple of days, the server randomly start to shut down, so after hours of looking what to do, we choose to buy a packet for server hosting, but the problem continues. The command says:

you can try using optifine or halogen (if you use halogen you need to delete performant)

forge plus has the most mods, forge 1.16.5 is the best experience in my opinion, forge 1.17.1 has the least amount of mods(it is like a lite version), and the fabric version is in between of the forge 1.16.5 and 1.17.1 versions xd

Uhm the zip file is the whole modpack not just the mods, youll need to export it as a profile maybe gdlauncher works
