I do not know. I have a friend using excat same mod on my server and it runs fine. even single player is only at 1fps. I have given it up to 8gb of ram and same perfoemance. the mod only recomends 6gb

I did play one of the earlier versions, I think it was v36 on single player a while back and it worked fine.

my computer played Enigmatica 6 which is a heavier modpack just fine

As long as those folders are gone, you shouldn't have to delete optionshaders anymore, and your shaders don't have to be turned back on everytime. (If you are even running them)

@jovial rain found another interesting thing about running this modpack with complementary shaders on a high-end pc. I was getting 30 to 50 fps on high profile with render at 16. Gpu was sitting at like 20% load and wouldn't boost past 1800mhz. I cranked every setting up complementary profile on extreme, antaliasing to fxaa, chunks 20 32 amd basically every other setting on max. Now I get well over 100+ fps and my gpu stays above 70% util and clocks at 1970mhz.

Basically running too low of settings actually lowers your fps on very high end pcs as it won't push gpu hard enough to boost

you can feed him 2x items with max level enchant and he will then add it to a 3rd item, at +1 level

Okay, I played one evening, I like this mod pack, really dope stuff going on. I just have two complains so far, or three to be precise:

1. Optifine crashes the client. I don't care sharders, but I want better performance
2. No natural caves, I had to find a dungeon that goes down or dig myself, wonder why that is
3. I want falling leafs, but getting stuck on them is very annoying on some biomes with lower trees

The latter is not big of a deal though

but other than that, great stuff, good work Luna Pixel Studios team. I appreciate the work, there is so much to discover in this modpack.

It's compatible with different overlay position options, might be worth to consider to include. ;)

2. they are there, but full of water due to a bug with caves n cliff. fixed soon once they update
3. i think you can configure that mod to need more air gap below them to generate.

Thanks, 1) replacing permanent with sodium and adding optifine still crashes, but I'm good for now, it's not big of a deal for me, I would just suggest to try to support optifine on the next update. 2) thanks for the info, I'm looking forward to the fixes, world feels artificial without natural caves that are easy accessible.

Minecolonies is definitely server side, and it has dependencies that will need to be server side too

Luckily the minecolonies dev was the one that suggested it, and voted for it so I’m hopefully that he can vouch for its comparability lol

Essentially it just needs to be part of the default pack, since everyone will need to have it installed and the admin doesn’t want everyone to have to modify their packs themselves to be able to play

my friend used glowstone on it, then the first time he died in the nether, just a while later, he just respawned at the overworld spawn

Oh... uhm idk if it works like a respawn anchor where you have to put the glowstone then click it again to actually set it? Maybe try topping it up and right clicking it after every death?

Or break replacing it and then topping it up

Have you tried playing it added to this pack yourself? Cause that will give devs here an idea of if it will work or not

Also... is it available for 1.16.5/1.17 and compatible with these versions of forge/fabric? If not then they prob also won’t consider it until it’s updated
