stalwart dungeons has a boss in the nther which is surrounded by blocks that make cool particle effects

but it spawns them via tricks, with invisible monsters

the boss isnt spawned until you hit an altar with a nether star

so you didnt just nuke the boss from the world

if one thread is the cause, a server might not use up all its ram and be laggy

as to the tick lag cause.. you have to look at what the players have done to cause it 😛

Sorry super late reply to this, but the vein mining mod has options in the mod options menu (when you pause). You can set it to use the keybinds, or default to only happen when crouching vs standing. I wish someone had told me sooner... Many accidents have occurred 😅

Anyone have a falling style mob farm for the Debris Miner piglins found in the forge? I see they have 50 hearts, google'd for a calculator to see how many blocks i need them to fall for 1 heart remaining,

came across a site that says they need to fall 103 blocks which will leave it with 1 heart of health (Ravagers have 50 health so i chose that on this calculator)

but they seem to be dying wayyyyy before then, so i ask, anyone know the appropriate fall distance for the debris miner piglins to have 1 heart remaining?

IIRC the new fishing rules are really picky about having stuff above the area in order to get treasure loot. You may be breaking them with the note block setup. There was a vid by rays works on yt that talks about afk fishing in the new versions.

in your case, you do need to check the ram allocated 😄 if you have 16gb in your system, set it to 8, if you have 8, set it to 6 and close all your tabs etc #faq will tel you how

so if your world was called new world, the whole \saves\new world\ folder gets copied into the same location on new instance

inside the zip file is a folder with the world name, its destination should be in that \saves\ location so you end up with \saves\world_from_backup_whatever_its name is\

you prob want to rename the current, broken one so you dont have to go thru replacing files and possibly ending up with another mess, mixed files from old and updated world

Has anyone experienced any Raid problems with better Minecraft 1.16.5?

My first raid was in a village that also had an underfort and it was close to an illager fort, raider numbers kept dancing around and waves wouldnt stop(also illagers spawned everywhere, also underground)

second raid was in a Monastery that was quite high, pathing for the raiders was broke since they spawned in the floor below and didnt now how to get to the top

this time raid waves worked fine, but at the last wave(I believe it was the fifth) the raid bar just dissappeared and there was no victory nor defeat message

and the villagers at the monastery didnt even react(no fireworks, no rewards, no Hero Buff)

shads so dragons can spawn in non-vanilla biomes/ For example, if a biome is snowing, supposedly the ice dragon could spawn underground?

I remember that alex used biome tags to determine whether layers can spawn
