Hey I need help optimizing my performance. I have 32 gb of ram on my laptop and allocate 16gb to the modpack. Despite this, it has constant freezes and crashes and can't get past 30fps even in the best conditions. I have optifine installed alongside optiforge. Why can't my laptop run the pack without it crashing

So, I've got this weird resource pack issue with the mod pack... this just started happening. I am using Optifine, but loaded or unloaded I see the same issue in these tightly clustered regions.
The whole space here will fill up with solid color blocks... go outside the area... normal... go above or below the area... normal. Inside of these regions. Solid green and solid gray blocks. I have to unload ALL of the resource packs (both with Optifine and without) in order to have all blocks appear normal. Any of them loaded (including ones that just affect animation) and we're back to this weirdness. Thoughts?

I was able to follow the directions of the GPU thing but it made no difference. As long as I don't look at the building and right next to it my FPS is at 80-100+ but at the moment I look at it, it just drops all the way to 0 if I dont move my mouse to look away.

you can use stone cutter to get emerald shard and with it you can refresh the stock of the villagers so that way I'm selling way more stuff

but I think it might got the prices higher for a bit

plus there is an item to make your reputation higher

Sorry for replying late. Yeah my computer is definitely strong enough to handle it. I have 7gb of RAM dedicated to the server and 32 in my pc. I gotta check the crash reports. For a while I was getting a ticking entity error that would crash the server - some "bomb" entity in the Supplementaries mod was causing it, but I believe I resolved that. Might be something new now that's causing it.

can you dump everything from your bag at once in the toms simple storage terminal? as there's is a bag upgrade that allows it but it doesn't seem to work on the terminal it's self.

Yo, I downloaded Chunk+Pregenerator-V1.16-3.1.0 and, it adds a UI to the New World UI, which allows you to pre-render however many chunks you want and, you can watch the chunk's gen on a map.

Anyone noticed that mob spawns in dark areas seem minimal? I rarely see mobs in caves, built a mob grinder and like 2 mobs spawn. Doesn't seem right 😔

it would have to be fixed by pack admin or curseforge, my guess is some mod author removed a mod or something thats causing this issue as there isa bout 40 packs all with same issue all with same mod ID# so unless they all remove the mod or the auth fixs it then who knows
