like I said, I had a similar issue. when I had dozens of villagers escaped, and my wanted villagers sometimes wouldn't take the job, if I kept replacing it would work eventually, but I tried to group alot of them in a hole and trap them but they still tried to path find to the job block even if they could never get there, causing issues like the villagers I wanted to take jobs, wouldn't.

Try looking in crimson forest. There are patches of ancient netherrack which after mined, have a chanve to spawn ancient debris. It doesn't work when blown up or mined with vein mining enchantment. It has to be dug out manually. Sometimes a patch can contain more than one debris but sometimes there is none. Also these big castles with colorful roofs in the desert have 8 hidden debris in the central roof. However it's full of obsidian. The 8 debris is located in the exact middle and the fastest way to get to them is to mine from the top. There can also be some found in the same structure but in the top chests under two largest roofs.

anyway here an example on how the game runs (Fps is decreased by 15-5 because of recording and ignore the start of the video too lazy to trim it)
without shaders its exactly the same but the choppy is more frequent
and chunk loading are horrifyingly slow
