I noticed on my server that the CPU usage is really high, and therfore TPS low, which is noticable as lag.

When removing one mod after the other, always checking with /spark profiler if the performance changes, i noticed that consistency+ is on its own causing about 50% of the tick-duration! it is even a known issue on their side (https://github.com/ConsistencyPlus/ConsistencyPlus/issues/51). Is this known here?

I also noticed the mods "carrier" and "paxi" adding smaller, but measurable amounts of tick-duration.
Without these 3 mods i get about 2.5 times less tick-duration/lag

so I started up pre genning the world using the youtube video that can be found from Curseforge. I set worldborder to 15k and started the pre gen its going fine. If I wanted to pre gen more after this is done should I just set worldborder for example 20k and then start pre gen again orrrr is there more to it?

Download the serverpack from the modpack's curseforge page , unzip the contents into a folder somewhere , change the run.bat or start.bat file to allocate enough ram by adding -Xmx and -Xms , run the run.bat file and wait for it to close because you haven't agreed to the eula yet , agree to the eula after it generates , run the run.bat again and that's it

Hey, I have the problem that Zombie Spawners don't seem to work with Better Minecraft [FORGE] v31.5 hf. If I just change the spawner type it does spawn mobs, but it does not work for Zombies. Any ideas what could cause this?

Performant is weird... In certain parts of the nether I'm getting extreme lag because of the ever increasing number of "monsters" (tried killing every entity but me, but the number stayed the same and kept increasing), but when I remove it, it doesn't happen. The End suffers the same fate as the nether but in exactly opposite way. Without it, the server lag caused by Endermen is just horrible, but when installed, it runs smoothly...

This results in a server overloaded situation (behind by XXX ticks). It does not happen all the times, it just starts periodically and goes in a loop for a short period of time.

Is there anything i can do?

do you get an error that crashes the server when the world is created? it's the second time it does that. I can relaunch the server and the server runs (and i get the same "Not a JSON object" loop) but this first error is intriguing.
