I think the best option should be to reinstall your modpack, just to confirm everything is actually right, but the server's base modpack could also be having some problems, you could try contacting the owner(s) to send you directly the modpack file they're using. If that doesn't solve it, than I'm sorry, but I don't know

I mean, it's a 200 mod modpack, not everything is gonna be instant with all things being loaded at one same time, specially depending on your settings, so I think you guys could only call the staff when there's a major problem, like crashing or bug issues, cause at the same time you're "losing your time" (cough cough 3 seconds), the staff is also losing theirs by helping your minor problem, so having a little empathy shouldn't be that difficult

You can try going to the mod list of the modpack, and try looking for each mod that you imagine would do that, sometimes the names are pretty obvious lmao, takes some time, but you'll eventually find it

if you guys are having stuttering, try setting custom JVM arguments. it might be a garbage collection issue. I use these https://aikar.co/2018/07/02/tuning-the-jvm-g1gc-garbage-collector-flags-for-minecraft/ and they helped my friend who was having issues with her lower end laptop.

i still wouldnt allocate more than 8gb... it is up to opinion... but the basic idea, is that you can allocate too much ram. This is bad because it takes longer for java to need to dump its trash. dumping larger trash volume means lag spike
