so i'm troubleshooting an issue where, as I approach a certain area in the nether, entity spawns spike out of control. Like, as in going from ~600 on average to +40k in a matter of minutes, grinding the server to a halt. If I move away, entity counts drop sharply back to normal, making me think something is spawning mobs like crazy. I've flown around looking for any obvious giant piles of mobs and haven't found any to account for the tens of thousands of entities i'm seeing. Anybody have any suggestions how I can narrow down what is responsible for this? Any way to get a dump of which entities are in the game? I'm measuring entity counts with the command /execute if entity @e

well, if you dont figure it out... you could get a (slower) but similiar affect by moving a bunch of the zombie pigmen spawners... assuming you have the trapped pigmen who keep agro and are using some sort of entity cramming effect?

It's not about the lag but the quickly increasing number of entities in a certain area

and that causes the lag, the massive amounts of entities (around 50k before the game crashes)

And I'm not aware that Optifine has to do something with entity spawning

Max enchants you can get from goblin traders sharpness goes to 7 looting goes t 4 fortune goes to 4 very very rarely you can find in some dungeons some enemies with proc higher than 5 armor. The abyss enchants can only go on the unknown or unorithe swords

You don't have to do anything, but create a backup just in case something breaks so that you can rollback and play on older version or figure out the problem if any happens. In the latest update the Omnis Backpacks got removed so if you had anything stored in your backpacks, empty them, otherwise all the items in them will get deleted with them in the v32

How to access it: Right click a Piglin while holding an Axe of Rectitude in your main hand and a Netherite Scrap in your offhand. The Netherite Scrap won't go away but the Axe will, the Piglin will disappear then reappear assuring you the Mogul's Offering for 20 minutes.

Hm, hi guys! I just learned about this modpack yesterday, and decided to give it a try, but I've been having some troubles with it. I installed it through curseforge normally, and already set it to use the maximum amount of located RAM possible, but every time I try entering the game, it goes smoothly until I get into the menu page, and then an report error pops up, saying that 4 mods haven't loaded correctly due to "Not enough data available". I've been trying to solve this issue by myself for a long time till now, but haven't found anything.
I wanted to know if someone could help me out, (I read the FAQ and found nothing about it, and I don't know which chat to ask this on, so sorry for anything) either by telling me what I could do with the data issue (if it can be solved, of course...), or if there's any mods from the modpack itself I could remove to improve my performance, if there's any visual/graphical heavy mod that I could get rid off, without taking too much of the gameplay by doing so.

How much ram did you allocate vs how much you actually have

If you only have 8, id allocate around 6 and not run anything else really on your computer in the background

Allocating more ram than you have physically will cause a crash like that

sodium, or sodium reforge if you are playing with forge also helps a lot with fps
