yeah homie, just go into the modpack and click the three dots, profile options and "allow changes" or whatever it says, from there you can add new mods by just doing it as you normally would

This is a little bit of a hail mary request, but figure someone might have some advice! I have a number of kids who play on my server who tend to get lost in the mines. We've tried to explain our "put torches on the right as you descend, and follow them back up on your left" but this is much more difficult with this modpack vs vanilla. I found a Breadcrumb mod but it hasn't been updated since 1.12.. Is there another way to emulate this sort of feature with a different mod or with the existing modpacks in a way that I am not familar with? Hey im running Better Minecraft 1.16.5 at Minecraft Forge, with 10Gigs of Ram, and still having low FPS it dosent matter if the world is generated or not.

so, like, i deleted the mods stated to delete in the faq for LAN and im using hamachi to conenct to a buddy. but we are both unable to join each other. and also, im unsure if optifine & sildurs shaders make it so i cannot play with another person

Afaik you always use the version of optifine that matches your game version no?

So my game version is 1.16.5 and my optifine is named OptiFine_1.16.5_HD_U_G8

If you place the dragon egg like a block and right click it, it'll start hatching. After a while it'll hatch and you can tame it with fish. Then when it's fully grown you can saddle it and fly it around

unless I'm wildly off the mark, as long as the client and server match you're golden. So if you're playing on someone else's server no but if you're playing solo or run the server yourself and can change it then yes
