Good question - I haven't been able to sort out adding it properly.. I've installed it using the installer, but when it didn't seem to work, I also used this guide: https://www.wikihow.com/Install-the-OptiFine-Mod-for-Minecraft which prompted adding it to the mod folder... which seems to break the clientside load process

Yeah, I had problems with it at first.. even on potato settings of complementary shader. I found out on nvidia control panel, I wasn't using my GPU.

Yeah optifine has caused major issues. If you use it to get rid of nether fog and stuff, there is a mod called NoFog that removes all of the fog in MC

@heavy tangle Also, If you are worried about dying, suggestion: there is a huge structure you can find, i think in the desert, with tons of really good gear. Not armor, but bows and swords, and even pickaxes and axes. Definitely worth checking out.

I havent found any wardens either, got lucky one time, I think that you actually have to remove a bunch of blocks that generate lights in the caves, so the light level is low enough

Why has the End city's received such a disappointing regression???? V22.5 of the pack the towers were fun more loot filled had shulker spawners and only a handful of mimicubes. Now they are vanilla towers with little to no loot with non stop mimicubes!!!!
Mimicubes are already one of the most annoying mobs added my alex's mobs (dropbear is also bad) but to ramp up the "difficulty" of the end city's and take away all of the reward's is a bit ass backward to me and my server members. The end ships looked so much better in V22.5 as well and were nerve racking to deal with on first attempt, now they are boring vanilla with a half dozen mimicubes thrown in.....
All in all very disappointed in the changes to the end between the versions.

It's not all negative tho everything else about the continued updates had been amazing and the pack keeps getting better and better, just frustrated that something that was done so well in the past has seemingly regressed in my eyes. The developers of the pack are doing amazing with the mods and quality of the pack in general, i just don't understand this change in particular.

Check that the better end cities datapack was not removed cause I haven't changed anything and not really necessary to go all out when there might be just been an issue

Again i would like to apologize to the creator for my outburst earlier. I should have realized something wasn't right and asked nicely instead of flying off the handle. Had spent a frustrating amount of time on the "vanilla" stuff with mimicubes which i hate lol but that is no excuse.
There was no datapacks installed on this world. I don't know if it is missing the download on cursforge for V25 server or if it just missed the files on my particular download.

Gotta be careful with it though, set your mod settings to sneak, so it activates with sneak, if you dont, youll vein mine everything, including houses and builds and whatnot.
