Yeah I think it's the unorthite or some shit but ultimerite gives you immunity to poison, wither, fall damage, fire damage, let's you walk on lava and water, gives water breathing, makes piglins your friend, let's you climb walls, prevents endermen from getting mad when you look at them and a bit more I think

the only way i know is via:

1. Goblin Traders (unbreaking 4, sharpness 7,, Prot 5 etc. can come from them)
2. Colosseums (the zombies on the phantoms can potentially drop Protection 10 armour that u can disenchant into a book and re-enchant into your armour)
3. Some dungeons have unbreakable tools (still tryign to find the pickaxe, have the sword). Most likely from the desert ones i think

I don't know if this mod exists in v22.5, but in but in v25 The Enderite pearl can move villagers thousands of blocks.

You have to punch a villager while holding the enderite pearl (which means you need to be prepared for the reputation hit), then travel to the exact block you want the villager moved to, and throw the pearl at it. (It uses normal pearls from your inventory as ammo).

I have not tested if you can move mobs between dimensions with this, but you can definitely waystone thousands of blocks across the overworld then drop a villager at your feet with the pearl

so the nether castle is tricky to locate, apparently it spawns in place of the bastions but it's not "findable" through /locate

you could try /locatebiome basalt something (the one without the X or) and then within that do a /locate bastion

commands aren't super accurate as there should be something preceding but its the gist of it
