Have him open a CMD and type ping (the server ip) and see if he's getting packets from the server at all

that should at least tell you if its a connectivity issue, or a modpack/curseforge issue

Looking for help here, but i have downloaded the latest version of the modpack for local and server. And for some reason it keeps giving me a mod mismatch error even when i delete the mods that are local and not in the server files. I have also tried adding the mismatched mods to the server and it just crashes. I can show anything if someone wouldn't mind helping me.

I have traveled thousands of blocks and I mean thousands all over my world to the north, east, south, west, NE,SE,NW,SW and have yet to find a single ocean monument. I have also made four different cartographers and three oceanographers to try to get a map for the ocean monument and have had no luck at all. I even tried chunkbase to no avail. Even worse, I've gone to 8 different worlds in creative mode and flew thousands of blocks and did not find one in a single one of those worlds. Are they severely nerfed in this modpack or am I just that unlucky. If I am that unlucky or if they are nerfed, does anyone have any ideas as to how I could find one

My guess, is you'll need to figure out a way to the Frozen Abyss dimension. There's only two mobs that are native spawn there. One being the skeleton, and the other being the Ice Knight.

Yeah, I've messed with dolphin highways like that before, its insane stuff. I love soul speed. But dolphins were always so finicky in vanilla that they'ed despawn even if you gave them perfect access to water and air. These boots solve that problem, but holy crap, what a power boost!

Just discovered the Enderite Pearl is a thing, and its devilishly fun. Left click punch a mob while holding it to bind it, then throw the Ender Pearl to a location. It will teleport the mob to where the pearl lands (consumes a normal ender pearl from you inventory on use)

There's a aggro tag added to player spawned endermites (via spawn egg) thats set to 0. Meaning enderman will NOT attack it. But if you spawn them in using the classic way with ender pearls they will attack it. I'm guessing your building an enderman farm?
