Apparently the crash has to do with the BlackGear mod/file? I might remove the file. Certain people just crash the server once they try to join.

Most likely you'll have to download (idk if Bisect provides live config editing) the config folder from the modpack, find the right .toml file of the mod (Illagers plus) and check inside it for the right toggle.

I would take a backup, but I think in your world folder there is a DIM-1 folderr and you would just delete the region folder inside that. I'm not an expert though, and haven't done that in a long long time
