Abyss can be accessed via a portal made from unstable obsidian (I think that's what the blocks were called) in the same formation as a nether portal.

There's a book you can craft called Abyss Chapter 2 and a translation scroll which will grant you the ability to read said book and get info on everything Abyss related.

Yes. It eventually worked, I just had to try a lot. But I don't think i can make it work - one of the computers I need to use for the lan is a mac and I'm pretty sure I cant run bat files on the mac

hi ive been running a better minecraft server for me and a friend and whenever i ride a horse then the console gets spammed with
[Server thread/WARN] [minecraft/ServerPlayNetHandler]: Horse (vehicle of Doomboom589) moved wrongly! 0.2885900793806779 with the value at the end changing. ive looked online and tried things like decreasing render distance (changed the dynamic render distance mod config too) but it hasnt fixed the issue, decreasing the render distance made it worse. the specs for the server are Intel i5-9500T (1) @ 2.208GHz and 8GB of ram, the (1) is because it only has 1 core allocated on vmware. ill attach the latest.log as well incase that helps

the only things i can think of are that the cpu core might be too slow for the server as there are a lot of mods and also when i decreased the render distance then the problem seemed to get worse so it might be related to being in very recently generated chunks, again linking back to getting better hardware

Could be the case, yeah. Since it's java, it's rather horrible at managing multi-threading so singlecore performance is quite important

Smoothboot is ur problem it seems. The config file has some errors. Not sure if its loading or something else. Try to delete that

you can try to delete smoothbooth config file, inside the config folder (Not 100% sure what its called), or the mod it self from mods folder

Okay, go to ur curseforge settings (little wheel on the bottom left) then game specific, select minecraft, and scoll to the bottom untill you see java version. Select the bottom one, wich should be the newer version
