I accidentally started aerwhale king boss fight but I can’t damage it, does anyone know what’s wrong? In all the videos I saw when googling, the health bar is red but the one in my game is blue/white

How do I stop the pregen? I tried running /pregen stop in console and this is what showed up

6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.

I've done everything bisect hosting told me to do and its still bugging, does anyone have a fix? im loading bmc1 forge from curseforge and they put the mod on and its still giving me this error message

If I can recommend something, simply leave bisect. UltraServers, Bloom, Berrybyte and a few other worked way more better for me and didnt costed me a furtune to get 8 GB of ram for my server

Xeon CPUs like the 1650v3/v4 are bad, they was great but not anymore compared to the newer Ryzens like what Bloom have, or if you want the best than go to ultraservers. They are cheap as f*ck and the hardware is publicly disclosed. (AMD EPYC 9654 96-Core Processor (192 threads) these cpu's cores have the same power as a 1 core i9-9900k on singlethread)

also, they have the same awesome modpack 1 click installer, a well made panel also an awesome 24/7 support who even set the server up for your wish.

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

Luna Pixel's World Sharing

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The "Essential" mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the "Open to Lan" or "Share World" button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.

Luna Pixel's World Sharing

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The "Essential" mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the "Open to Lan" or "Share World" button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.

isn't really giving me much to work on. can you double check all your settings and everything? Making sure your java version is either on 17 or 18, and that it's using whatever you chose settings wise?

the only thing i can see that might be a little wonky is that is says "starting: java version 18.0.2.1" near the beginning of the log then later says "Compatibility level set to JAVA_17" but overall it seems my settings should be good

We prefer 18, as it's got a bit of a better trash collection, but 17 works as well

GLFW

1. Download the latest GLFW library files from your distros official repositories. If you are on a slow updating distro (like Ubuntu), instead download the latest pre-built files from my repository at https://github.com/Frontear/glfw-libs/releases
2. Add -Dorg.lwjgl.glfw.libname=/path/to/file to your launcher java arguments. An example of what this might look like is -Dorg.lwjgl.glfw.libname=/home/frontear/Downloads/libglfw.so.

OpenAL

1. Download the latest OpenAL library files from your distros official repositories.
2. Add -Dorg.lwjgl.openal.libname=/usr/lib/libopenal.so (this path might be different depending on your distribution so please double check).

yo i bought a bisect server for bettermc and the performance is super bad

i got 8gb of ram, i thought that would be fine ebcause that runs alright on my pc and im just gonna have like 2 or 3 people on here

is this number of loaded chunks slowing it down? this seems crazy high but the render and sim distances for the server are at 7 so i have no idea why its up there

Likely it’s because it is on the new side. It’s doing a lot of loading currently. You could try pregenning the chunks ahead of time so it’s a bit less intensive when players play

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:
1. Go to https://atlauncher.com/download
2. Install and run the setup, then open the program.
3. Login to your Microsoft account that owns the Java Edition of Minecraft from the Accounts tab on the right. This process is 100% safe, as it goes directly through Microsoft. ATLauncher does not see your account credentials.
4. Go to the Packs tab on the right, then click "Curseforge" on the left.
5. Search the modpack you wish to download.
6. Click "New Instance". Click "Ok" on the opted out mods warning, then click "Open All" on the manual download screen.
7. Let the mods download, ATLauncher will grab them from your Downloads folder and automatically add them to the modpack.
8. Go to the Instances tab, and click "Play" on the modpack you downloaded. If you ever see an "Update" button on the instance, click it.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATLauncher, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder". Copy the Saves folder, then click "Open Folder" on ATLauncher and paste the Saves folder there.
Because ATLauncher downloads the exact same files as Curseforge does, your world will be the exact same and you will be able to join the same servers. ATLauncher also works without an internet connection (after you've installed the modpack, of course), and does not have any bloat from Overwolf. You are free to uninstall both Overwolf and Curseforge with ATLauncher installed.

hey im in a multiplayer world in this pack and we have recently realized we don't actually have any of the quests. is there any way to import them back into the world / otherwise give us the quests? singleplayer worlds load the quests fine but the quest area is just empty in the multiplayer world.

It'll be just me and my gf playing when we're at college. I don't plan on it being public or anything like that so I wasn't going to use a hosting service like that. I was almost able to do it myself but it seems Windows 11 does not let powershell run the things I need it to.

when I do try to run it, it closes immediately. I tried running the command that is supposed to allow it to run but it does nothing.

An update to windows introduced a new security feature that prevents powershell files from running on your PC. This is great for your security, but not so great for our server start scripts, which require powershell to run them. Fortunately there is a quick fix for this!

Run powershell as administrator, then run Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned. Read the prompt and press accept. This will allow us to run scripts.

Next, navigate to your server directory using cd path/to/directory (for example: cd C:\Users\Username\Documents\Minecraft\Server)

You can now run the server by double-clicking the start.ps1 file, or typing .\start.ps1 into the command line while in the directory.

IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK, TRY THIS
Run the command Unblock-File -Path .\start.ps1 in the same powershell window. This will allow the start script to not be blocked by windows, and run freely.

Okay, that worked to get it to not immediately close but now it doesn't complete the creation process. Something about java I think.

I started doing the manual installation and got pretty far with it. The only problem was attempting to transfer the mod files from curseforge to regular forge
