An update to windows introduced a new security feature that prevents powershell files from running on your PC. This is great for your security, but not so great for our server start scripts, which require powershell to run them. Fortunately there is a quick fix for this!

Run powershell as administrator, then run Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned. Read the prompt and press accept. This will allow us to run scripts.

Next, navigate to your server directory using cd path/to/directory (for example: cd C:\Users\Username\Documents\Minecraft\Server)

You can now run the server by double-clicking the start.ps1 file, or typing .\start.ps1 into the command line while in the directory.

IF THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK, TRY THIS
Run the command Unblock-File -Path .\start.ps1 in the same powershell window. This will allow the start script to not be blocked by windows, and run freely.

From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL.

To install ATLauncher, do the following:

there should be a 'show conflicts' button, so you can always set one you know where it's at, set it to a function key and then click show conflicts

if that doesn't help anything, then i'm at a lose without knowing the specific mod

i have broken a diamond axe before looking for mending...i found it best to set up little areas for many different ones and just go to each one til i find a trade i want and don't have instead of look for a specific one forever. it makes things a little nicer in the end

if you have the mod that makes the books look different, i found it easy to have it pulled up in jei, and just look for the book that has the alternate cover. mending on them is genereally a differnet looking book that has a black cover...so you can just scan for that...it's a TINY time saver..

I may not be able to convey the necessary information very well.
I installed the client side using Curseforge.
On the server side, I used Curseforge to install the server pack.
Haven't tried other people's participation yet.
The server uses a rental server. I also used WinSCP to put the mod in the mod file.

Non-compatibility found between "Villagers plus" and "carry on" - villager plus can spawn tiles what can be interacted with via "shift right click", but currently they are picked up instead of interacted with.

The tile in question was "enchanted basin" - a quick blacklist on the "carry on" mod can fix that!

Hello support, 1st of all thx a lot for this amazing modpack !

So here's my issue : My friends and I built a villager breeder which worked perfectly, then suddenly stopped generating villagers childs.
There are a grand total of around 12-15 villagers in the vicinity counting the ones in the breeder. My questions are : Is there a mobcap for villagers in one of the optimisation mods, and if there is which mod is it so we can increase it ?

I gotta precise I checked the server itself and the support (hosterfy) confirmed it wasn't a server related issue.

And once you get close, the boss will spawn which is basically a giant snake that runs around

With diamond armor you should be fine
