In BMC3 v13 is there anything besides Better Compatibility Checker and Night Config Fixes that interacts with mod config files at launch? Any changes made to configs are reset at game launch even with the above two mods removed (not a good idea I know just troubleshooting). I sat around for a while and a few minutes later it crashed and showed Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Loading entity NBT, is there any way to fix it? After that, I made a backup of the world. I deleted that world and try to make it rebuilt to conclude that I can enter, so I think it is that the world is broken.
