Hamachi really isn't. There are some mods that need a dedicated server to not only run but sync clients properly. All hamachi does is allow other computers to connect via LAN

Not natively, no. I had this same question today, and there's a few comments about using a grindstone in this very discord. However, that option no longer works. I had to get a secondary mod for it.

Grindstone now only takes the enchant off, but destroys the enchant in the process.
