loading new chunks will literally always lag you - it's completely unavoidable

unless you have a realllllyyy good pc and low settings

I know you have multiple versions of forge and fabric, or both installed at once. The trick lies in how you first play the instance. If you press play on the profile, the files and mods folder downloads to the .minecraft folder, and every other loader will use that folder, making multiple versions inpossible. But, if you add a modpacks folder to the .minecraft, add a (for example, replace it with any other loader/version) "Fabric 1.19.1" folder inside it, and then point your Minecraft launcher profile to that folder, it will install there. Do this for every loader/version, and you can have multiple installed.

As for servers, I don't know, but I hope above is relevant

@viral garden Fwiw, I fixed my issue by tracking down instances of "recipes/redstone+spruce_door" to an advancements file. It seems some errant mod wrote out a buggy resource location path. I fixed it manually and my game loaded.
