No. Not unless you manually change the data files for your world.

Seasons are a part of the game too, so every few “months” it will begin to snow for a while and eventually will warm back up and melt away

Ancient debris can only be found naturally spawned in regular netherrack. Best bet is either mining normally for it or searching out structures and finding the parts there.

Update: So im testing some stuff. Some mobs drop their normal stuff. But 99% of the mobs are dropping only the rare things. Like zombies only Carrots, Potatoes or iron. No rotten flesh at all.
