Luna Pixel's World Sharing

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The 'Essential' mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the 'Open to Lan' or 'Share World' button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.

If you get an error in chat when trying to host your world, we highly recommend selfhosting instead as it's free, very easy, and much more stable. Run the !server command in #bots to learn more.

Transferring Your World

If you're playing Singleplayer and want to transfer your world to your server, simply go to your modpack files and navigate to the saves folder. Inside of this folder, you will see your world saves. If your world was hosted via world sharing, this process has to be done by the person who would click "Share World".

Fixing Lag

To resolve lag issues, simply run the !tps command in #bots and follow the directions provided.

Heya! I run my Otherworld Server headerless on a Linux Ubuntu 24.04 cloud machine (not Bisect). In the past hour the server has experienced two crashes that deadlocked its system service and put the server in kind of a frozen limbo state. Now that normally wouldn't be critical since this systemd service can restart itself if the process exits cleanly but due to the "limbo state" it just sits there, hung. Can someone take a look at these logs and tell me what the problem is? It could very well be that my server simply isn't powerful enough -- there were 8 players on at once and it was lagging about 2000 - 2500 ticks from what I can tell.

hey Muon, not sure you saw my note above, but the latest update...Spectral hammer Levels 1 through 4 are all the same (3x3x1 block mined) with increasing mana costs between them, and level 5 only increases it to 3x3x2. Nobody will ever use levels past 1 with that configuration change

I don't think it's unbreakable, but the bow you get from the lunar new year event is pretty sweet. Comes pre-equiped with infinity too

it is 18 max pull damage, but that's fine until you get like a samurai bow, or kill the old champion and make that one golden bow

Now, for weapons. I'd say stay away from the gauntlet weapons unless you're down to put points in intelligence to get Entity Reach. If you want big single target damage grab a Superheavy weapon, kit yourself out with seaserpent armor that gives Strength 4 with the full set when you're wet, so carry a water bucket and bear with it until you get to End

cause the only good gauntlets come from End bosses

Yeah, you can't do anything else with the essence anyway, and it's a pretty sweet bow for AoE. Then you go Samurai Bow, 30 damage on full tension is nice. After that it's preference, cause there's some strong options later like Cursed Bow

I don't know honestly... I haven't had the change to use it, but i believe it can be pretty good. Googling the bow and checking alex caves wiki proves to show it has very anime-eque abilities, so you might want to check it out for sure

As for the latter question, pick something you think is cooler. If you want big oneshot damage, whatever has Superheavy on it. Like a Heap of Iron from 6 iron blocks and a stick to start off and move on to something better later, like Undying King's sword, dunno what it was called but it's Aatrox's blade from League

To TL;DR you what you need: Get seashelves/hellshelves, skulls and candles to put on top of your bookshelves. Then you enchant more seashelves/hellshelves so that you can enchant them, then put the enchanted ones in, then make Crystalline seashelves or Glowing hellshelves respectively

Then read up in the book about the different kinds of midgame shelves to add additional stuff in, like increasing Rectification

Luna Pixel's World Sharing

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The 'Essential' mod is therefore incompatible.

To share your world using our own world hosting, click the 'Open to Lan' or 'Share World' button in the game menu when in a singleplayer world, and share the world.

It will give you an address, like magma-cube.mc.lunapixel.gg, which your friends can use to connect directly to your world as if it were a server!

We still highly suggest not to play through LAN as LAN is untested and unreliable. Using it will cause longterm damage to your world.

There is no reason to use LAN, as we support both paid and free methods of hosting a server the normal way.

If you get an error in chat when trying to host your world, we highly recommend selfhosting instead as it's free, very easy, and much more stable. Run the !server command in #bots to learn more.

Transferring Your World

If you're playing Singleplayer and want to transfer your world to your server, simply go to your modpack files and navigate to the saves folder. Inside of this folder, you will see your world saves. Rename your desired world save to world. You can then transfer this folder to your server files. If your world was hosted via world sharing, this process has to be done by the person who would click "Share World".

Fixing Lag

To resolve lag issues, simply run the !tps command in #bots and follow the directions provided.
