As far as I know, there's no way to strip a single enchantment on anything. If your sword is easily replaceable, your best bet is this tome, it strips all enchantments and puts them on a single book, then you can drop an enchanted anvil with splitting on the book to separate all of the enchantments onto their own book

Though even diamond armor is enough, enchants are more important anyway

Not only can you dig a 1 square hole, you can SO UNBELIEVABLY EASILY build create contrapions sinc you can fit into the space between a block and a funnel. Long distance travel on foot couldn't have been easier, and walking on stairs is ungodly cause jump-spam speeds you up like you're sprinting over ice

Transferring Your World
If you're playing Singleplayer and want to transfer your world to your server, simply go to your modpack files and navigate to the saves folder. Inside of this folder, you will see your world saves. Rename your desired world save to world. You can then transfer this folder to your server files. If your world was hosted via world sharing, this process has to be done by the person who would click "Share World".

I have a question regarding the mobs from Born of Chaos; is there a way to prevent them from spawning in the caves from Alex’s Caves? I’ve played packs with AC in the past and the only mobs allowed in them are from the Alex’s packs. It seems like that’s partially the case here as vanilla mobs don’t spawn, but I really lose immersion when I’m in the primordial caves and instead of dinosaurs, all I’m really seeing are giant spiders and nightmare stalkers.

There might be a way to do so via a single player world, if you hit esc and look at the options, it might include an instance based hosting or something. I’ve played a few modpacks with it. It’s good for maybe 2-3 people max.

You need a spell book and an inscription table. Your best bet is to start with a flimsy journal, but if you can afford it, an ironbound tome is better.
The inscription table allows you to take scrolls of spells you find in the world and put them into your spell book. The book has its own devoted curio slot.

If you can find crying obsidian from abandoned nether portals, along with some deepslate, you can make a scroll forge and actually make spells yourself. Since you can learn any spell, I recommend nature and evocation spells for starters, they have some great utility and are usually cheap to make.

Lightning is very difficult in the early game. If you’re lucky and find scrolls, that can help. You need lighting in a bottle to scribe lightning spells. The only way to get that is to right click a charged creeper with a bottle. You can bottle up the lightning multiple times, but it hurts the creeper each time. You’ll either need an elaborate lightning rod setup or a channeling trident so that you can strike a creeper with lightning. The spells don’t seem to charge them in my experience.
Later if you can make splash potions of healing, you can capture a charged creeper and heal it so that you can continue to extract bottles.

The chain lightning cantrip is incredible; unlike the actual spell (if it were in your spell book) the cantrip version has a much shorter cooldown. So you have a great starting spell.
Ball lightning is another I’d recommend.
It’s a bouncing projectile, great in caves and dungeons.

There are lots of other good spells, but I don’t recall their exact names. You can just type “lightning” into the recipe search bar and it’ll show you everything lightning related, including robes and staves that are good for the build
Mage robes increase mana by a good bit, but the magic attribute is another good way to raise it.
Intellect determines your spell power, while magic determines your total mana pool, though they’re both very good to have as a caster.

Hey, I'm playing on 1.20.1 on curseforge on V4 and when trying to join a friend whose hosting a lan server port forwarded I will get an nbt data error or an incorrect data check error. Almost consistently. With just constant retrying I can get past, but after 5 minutes or so it will still kick for one of those two reasons almost all the time. The host has no issues, just people joining.

Honestly as a life cleric, yeah, you’re not going to do as much damage. Divine smite would honestly do you a lot of good if you can get a good melee weapon. Once you defeat Umvuthi, they have a holy spell that they drop that’s really good at dealing with groups, though it tends to target friendly people sometimes.

Don’t know if it’s intentionally that way, but it’s certainly not supposed to do that. Night vision worked just fine for me.
If you’re trying to goad out a hull breaker, they’re attracted to glowing things. Either use one of the submarines with the floodlight on or hit something with one of those glowing arrows

If you can cast holy spells, you could also use the angel wings spell for an elytra pre-end as well. Beyond the other mounts mentioned, there should be some birds in jungle biomes from ice and fire.

I still don’t know how to get rid of the born in chaos mobs in the Alex’s caves biomes, but I got tired of all of the monsters in the primordial caves, so I went to the nether and got 8 stacks of glowstone. Also farms a bunch of amber for the curiosities so I could make monoliths by the bunch. I’ll hopefully have one section of cave that’s sort of like a Dino sanctuary.
