First thing I did was put a bunch of ink into each of the tanks, because once you do that you don't need to filter anything anymore since the fluids can't mix

Then I used redstone to basically lock the pipes from pumping out ink if there's not enough of it

Then I just hooked everything up to a conveyor belt and spouts

You'd just need to filter the drops from a witch farm to only accept glass bottles and automate moving the glass bottles to the conveyor belt

The rest of the witch drops could probably be filtered into a seperate chest for other uses (villager trading comes to mind)

Alright got a new setup

just have to insert scrolls to salvage

This one doesn't interact with the goofy ink fluids at all but instead uses a deployer to mimic gathering the ink with a glass bottle as if you did it yourself

Got these 2 smart chutes underneath the deployer
The first one on top denies glass bottles from passing through, and the second one only allows water bottles to go through

These are used to collect the inks from the deployer while removing potential waste water bottles which can happen if the salvage fails

I have a pulse timer set to 6 seconds here and an inverted pulse extender set to 5 ticks
These are used to control the rate that the hopper lets the scrolls through the chest into the cauldron, so that only one scroll is in the cauldron at any given time

And then ofc, I have water pumping in still, and hook up a glass bottle farm to the deployer (probably should put glass bottle as a filter for the deployer too)

I have the deployer at 12 RPM, and ofc pump can be any RPM that can pump water sufficently fast

Best thing about this is that it's very compact and easy to squeeze in so your base won't be hogged up by Create

I'm the person this happened to LOL, you can load other people in - I assume you mean you picked it up with a cart assembler from @ Create, if it is physically in your inventory you'll need an NBT editor to remove it. As long as others aren't near it (if it's on a cart assembler), it won't crash them.
I can't remember how to recover the world/chunk file if that happens so you might have to respawn the Citadel world

hey yall quick semi-general question, whats different between using Luna to host servers and using e4mc to host? From my understanding Luna is just a fork of e4mc, so I wanna know if theres any actual difference between the two. I also understand that Luna can often show "An error occured in Luna" messages which i think is related to servers being full, an issue I havent had with e4mc

I ask this here specifically because I was trying to run an Otherworld modpack with some friends, and when using Luna itd occasionally fail to connect so we'd all restart our games, which then caused it to work again. Then, when i disable Luna and instead enable e4mc, it works like a charm pretty much every time. I really just wanna know if theres any reason that i shouldnt be using raw e4mc over Luna

Transferring Your World

Hi, is there anyone here who could maybe help me and my two friend out with finishing the quest "ghost of ages past" from the first chapter of the main quest?
We are not receiving the green checkmark required for continuing the quest.
We've been trying to figure it out for days now. Let me try and explain to the best of my ability or whatever..

So we've found the missive dropped by the zombies and we have all read it and had it in our inventory.
We started using the eye of ghost to find the paladin mentioned in the text, but unfortunately it broke before we could fully find the entrance to his dungeon.
We did however still find the entrance after some looking around and managed to kill the paladin and his minions. We looted him (The book and the corrupted soul), but only one of us got the achievment for killing him. But none of us has gotten any actually progression towards finishing the quest.
So we went back using more eye of ghost, this time using it until we actually came all the way to the entrance of the paladins dungeon, and used one of our challenge orbs to restore the said dungeon. We then proceeded to kill the paladin again, this time it awarded the achievement to another of my friends but alas, still no progression towards finishing the quest.
It's really starting to wear us down not being able to finish this and none of us finding any help online.

Hope this wasnt too long of a read and that it's somewhat understandable

We would be super grateful if anyone here could help us out, or just point us in a direction where we could talk to someone who can give us help ❤️
