Bounty Board triviliazes some of the more endgame resource gathering, just as for upgrade orbs, requiring 8 runes per orb and if you want a full 15/18 dependent on staff or no staff, you'd need 120 to 144 runes. And runes are quite rare, if you'd ask me. At least, they are not easy to farm.
