You are honestly better off finding Syclla's dungeon and getting a spawner egg for the mob that drops a legendary scroll. (Upon acquiring said scroll, drop it on a spawner to farm legendary scrolls. BE WARNED THAT MOB DOES DESTROY BLOCKS)
This will enable you to use a cauldron to acquire legendary ink easier than the complicated build process.
