It does % dmg i think it doesnt care about armor or your max HP

The laser ticks at you like 4-5 times and you‘re gone

Unless some magic reduction or the gems that ignores 35% of magic dmg and heals for the same amount

@red wraith I understand the idea, but in its current form the numbers are too high. My friend is stacking attack damage from gems on a dual-wield Fighter / Eldritch Knight and is already sitting at around 230 DPS with a charged spell.
