Yeah, that would make it alot simpler, I got good at Apotheosis when the enchantment library wasn't a thing yet, so I completely forgot you could do that

Also, some offhand knowledge, but if one does not want to farm exp the traditional way, there is a way to farm exp using only create that is completely automatic and self sufficient, no spawner needed

Because when the mechanical hand kills something, it drops exp nuggets, and you can run stone bricks through a haunter to make it infested

Then spawn silver fish to be punched to death by deployers

Yeah, I don't doubt you can farm exp pretty easily, especially when knowledge of the ancients is an enchantment in this pack. However, I have made such a farm before, and it can generate hundreds of levels just in the background. It is pretty good if you want to spend your time building or something instead of grinding levels

So, if you aren't an artificer, you kinda have to use life mending to preserve your armor. That being said, I havent used life mending at all before, how does it proc? Does it just rip your hearts directly to mend? Or does it take your healing instead? And if it's healing, does it work with stuff like regeneration effects, or does it only take your natural regen?

So you can make an entire create inventory network in a few simple steps:
Step 1) make Frogports, Packagers, Stock Links and a Stock Ticker
Step 2) make a network of chain conveyors going through your base that are somewhat close to the inventories you wish to access
Step 3) place a packager with frog port and a Stock link on any inventory you wish to have access too (frog ports must be linked to a chain conveyor, and Stock links should be linked together by right clicking an existing link to create a network)
Step 4) link your Stock links to a Stock ticker and place a blaze burner next to the ticker.
If done right, you should be able to interact with the blaze (which should have a cool hat, denoting it as the Stock keeper) and it will show you everything inside all the connected inventories

If you want to extract items, just make an inventory with a frog port and name the frogport something like "extract", and you may send any items to any named frogports

I was playing on singleplayer and suddenly the textures became completely strange. I attached a print showing my screen with the textures.

I don't remember activating any settings or pressing any keys that could alter these textures. It simply happens randomly when I'm walking around the map.

I'm playing on v3, using Curseforge launcher. I tried to reinstall the modpack, but it didn't solve the problem.

I'm looking at the cobalt set, but instead of standard MC armor and armor toughness numbers, each armor piece has stuff like "Total Armor Percentage" % value (25% for each cobalt armor piece, though I see black gold armor is 20% per piece), and then a smaller +8.75% (or similar lower value) "Armor" value listed below. What do those values even represent, as percentages and no flat values?

To answer my own question in case anyone else wonders, my understanding is now that the "Total Armor Percentage" is what the complete set of armor will provide, and Valoria supposedly calculates this as a straight overall damage reduction for all incoming damage. So 25% armor from Valoria armor would means you take only 75% of all incoming damage. Minecraft's vanilla armor calculations are more complex, but basically for all but really really big incoming damage, it seems Valoria's armor is substantially weaker in general. Like iron armor being ~40-50%+ reduction for most stuff (~10 damage or below), versus cobalt armor's flat 25% reduction. Meh.

If you don't like the three options, switch to another piece you want to convert. Don't like any of them? Throw a flint knife or something cheap into the rerforging station with scrap metal for cheap convert. Once you convert something, all the rolls change for the items you want to convert

Just in case anyone is still having issues with invisible or corrupted mob/villager textures, try disabling:

1. Entity Model Features/Entity Texture Features
2. Fresh Animations resource pack (as well as the extensions because, well, FA extensions won't work without the main resource pack anyways).

tbh I'd take the default, boring animations but fully-textured entities than having villagers with cursed faces staring at me, or seeing villager clothes floating around the villages XD. You can simply re-enable said mods/resource packs if it didn't fix the textures for you. 🫡

for example in ow enemies are lvl 9 highest I've seen so far and in nether it was 12
