I think its been pretty fun so far. I think a lot of QOL is missing, but I think its also intentional. I would like to see a lot more quests aside from the main campaign, like something for Iron Spells that shows you the steps to unlocking the spell system and crafting your own spells. A sub-section that displays all spells based on their classification.

Muon has been very active noting suggestions and implementing a lot of fixes so far, so I think a lot of things will get fixed.

The armor system is also a bit confusing, I would like to see something that either explains it a bit better or quests that give an idea of progression for armor sets. This is my first time with the Valoria mod so I'm not really sure how the armor percentage compares to the vanilla armor system. equipping items with this armor percentage doesn't increase the display above your health bar so I'm not really sure how good it is.

If by mini boss you mean the champions, yeah, they are very difficult. Melee classes are definitely at a severe disadvantage in this modpack as most things one-two shot you even with full iron armor. xD

its still had some rare install issues in the past

somehow bisect is the only host that can consistently install a modpack

besides like maybe bloom but thats because a lot of that is manual and anything that breaks would be the users fault

😂 Issues can always pop up, somethings just can't be helped. With the way technology is you never know whats going to go wrong at the wrong time, I think what sets good hosting companies apart is their support and ability to fix those issues when they do happen.

Why use chunky? just had a look at it, does it help with performance after initial load, or is it simply just to get crazy render distance

Chunky generates all the chunks within the range you provided as a parameter. Loading an existing chunk is much faster than generating a new one

So you can pregen overnight, and then enjoy a fast loading chunks (because they're already there)

The downside is just disk space use

Transferring Your World

Transferring Your World

If you're playing Singleplayer and want to transfer your world to your server, simply go to your modpack files and navigate to the saves folder. Inside of this folder, you will see your world saves. If your world was hosted via world sharing, this process has to be done by the person who would click "Share World".

Fixing Lag

Muon have you thought about an innate damage reduction for the non caster melee classes? I'm starting to think the path of exile approach is best. Build pure damage and kill everything before it hits you as building defense doesn't make much of a difference

Glass cannon builds are always top tier. You just kill everything before it gets close. Tanky builds don't work because you still get one shot by a lot of stuff. Admittedly the bosses seem more balanced than standard mobs in otherworld.

but also i feel like something like knowledge cleric should have enchant access no? like cheaper enchants isnt all that good a skill and i feel it would only make sense for someone who worships a god of arcane knowledge to know a thing or two about enchanting beyond "i save 2 experience levels"

If this command was run in response to your question/issue, it is likely because switching away from the launcher you are currently using would fix your problem.
From our experience, the most stable launcher by far is ATLauncher, also known as ATL. Keep in mind that ATL is NOT related to TLauncher in any way, and is not a cracked launcher.

To transfer your Curseforge world to ATL, simply right click the modpack on Curseforge, or click the 3 dots, then click "Open Folder".
