Ravenous claws are pretty good for very fast attacks and can be Awakened to do more damage (and 10% of HP damage), also being fed by Nutrient Paste or Bars to "repair."
Same with the Caustic Gunblade (a bit hard to craft), which has Acidic properties and can reduce armor with its shots and attacks.

In the meantime, there are other choices, she's no expert though and it might be a good idea to look into anything that fits what you like, too

Fear Nightfall v1.0.6, 1.20.1
I've downloaded the serverpack and have it running on a dedicated server, but something is preventing the server from properly closing. After stopping, it starts saving the chunks for the different levels, but just stops after printing that "All chunks are saved" to the console. I added additional mods to the pack, but the issue persisted prior to any additions.

Stopping the server requires me to force-quit the program, which has lead to issues like data corruption in past experiences

Yeah there's an issue with ignis going into a player data boot loop if there's falling sand/gravel nearby. Any of hte gravity affected blocks probably. Have to move the players via player data through console

from what I've heard (and bear in mind that I have never played this mod myself) the damned spawn in darkness and wander until it spots you and start hunting you down, but unlike the cave dweller or the man from the fog, it can break anything and spawn anywhere there's darkness to get to you, but it's not unkillable so good luck I guess.

Also can anyone fact check this that played with the mod? I tried looking into it a bit online but I'm not watching a 2 hour youtube video just to ckeck if it can break blocks or not, I'm just basing this on what people told me about the mod

The Damned will just outright smash blocks and destroy items inside of objects because it's designed that way (poorly at that)

thing is, the damned straight up can't be blocked against from what I've heard from people, so it's badly designed, I don't think a mob that can break throught blocks to be inherently badly designed, but one that can void *anything * in it's path is a bad design decision since it actively promotes the act of avoiding it in order not to lose progress like making your base on stilts or in the air which makes you interact even less with the other mobs this modpack adds

which is why (except for mining zombies) enhanced ai gives a good challenge since you can build defenses in order to survive and protect your base

Its RNG, and you have "42 bookshelves" when it has a max of like... 15? 18? Bookshelves, and only at the sides (not the very very corners), and if they can be seen by the enchanting table (leave a 1 block gap)

I also couldn't get anything past level 4 when I was playing with enchantment tables, your best off with villagers or getting books from those wizard towers, which often have max level enchants in them (including some that cannot be obtained with an enchantment table or villagers).

You can, but the Tarot cards have one that allow book upgrading for xp, which I found to be much better since you can just get low level books from a table and upgrade them easily (assuming you have a good xp farm)

Chatgpt tells me the basics (how to unlock and who to kill) but doesn't tell me how to find them and especially in which biome. I believe every single one has a chance to spawn at night, it just requires a lot of nighttime grinding. On top of that, make sure your days are also high enough for most of them to spawn, you may have unintentionally reset your days by triggering a trap in a Horror Element structure

The Damned is consistent to kill once your days progress enough, you can just get into a body of water and swim down a bit, he will float above you

Mods that have "configs" in weird places can be very anoying to track down

Our modpacks don't support any mods that add singleplayer hosting / world sharing because we already provide free world sharing. The "Essential" mod is therefore incompatible.

I ended up rolling with the Painted Sword from BoH endgame, but the bossfight to get it is probably the worst designed fight I have ever seen and you need nether access

Thats because the structures are garbage, the only structures that will give you any are vanilla structures (none of the revamped ones) and the crappy BoH ones

I managed to find all of them after a couple hours on a broom, the best biome are spruce biomes because of the frequency of the Slenderman structures which spawn 1-2 vanilla dungeon chests each

Specimen 9 fight is god awful, hes got way too much health and can only be damaged when hit with one of his fireballs, which he often cannot aim properly

he spawns these huge obnoxious pillars that last a few seconds which cannot be killed and do a ton of damage and spawns a ton of little hand guys that swarm you

Your sanity will be zero long before the end of the fight as well
