Theres a tower in this pack that you can find in the overworld that has a netherite ingot block in it.

You can also find them in bastions I believe. There use to be a Towers with bridges connectiong them all in the nether that had alot of netherite ingots in them.

You can also make the Excavator from Immersive engineering and put it in the nether and itll dig em up

on day time there are no Monster spawns just screeking sounds every now and then.
at night time there spawn a lot of monsters.
one of them is called "Lifeform Fellow"
it killed me but did not reduced my HP.
i saw on my death screen like 8 hearts left or smt.
i dont know how to escape the backrooms.
but it takes the same x and z cords. The Y cords are -60.
i dont know if there are multiple levels like in several other backroom games or just one.

Make sure everyone has the same version of the pack I know I had some issues and had to reinstall the pack there might be a mess up on that mod
